Accommodation of 70 m², charming and exterior, with views to the garden and to the swimming pool. It is located 800 m from supermarkets and restaurants, 850 m from "Las marinas" sand beach and "Almadrava" rock beach, 1 km from "Els Poblets" city. It has a garden on a fenced plot, terrace, garden furniture, iron, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, private pool, parking within the plot, Television. The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. The air conditioning has to be paid extra €60/week.
