Magnificent penthouse with sea views, located about 12 km from the center of Dénia, on Deveses beach. This beach has recently been regenerated and is now ideal.
In the surroundings of the urbanization there are several restaurants, ice cream parlors... and several supermarkets just 1.5 km away.
The duplex penthouse, on the ground floor is the living-dining room, which accesses the terrace with sea views. Closed kitchen, which accesses another terrace, views of the Segaria mountain. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with a bathroom and a beautiful terrace with spectacular views of the sea.
It has air conditioning throughout the apartment and wifi. The urbanization has a swimming pool, playground and paddle court.
Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca, both the edge of the sea and the inland landscapes, orange and almond groves, charming towns, natural parks. You can also visit the Benidorm attraction parks. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all types of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for trips along the coast.
