Newly built apartment, located about 6.5 km from the center of Dénia and 150m from the sandy beach. Quiet and very pleasant beach.
The apartment is a ground floor, with a terrace that accesses the common areas with a pool and gardens. The interior of the apartment consists of a living-dining room, a closed kitchen with a gallery, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has air conditioning throughout the apartment and wifi.
Denia has a lot to offer. Located about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante, from Denia you can discover the Costa Blanca, both the edge of the sea and the inland landscapes, orange and almond groves, charming towns, natural parks. You can also visit the Benidorm attraction parks. Denia has about 20 km of coastline with sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky coves, for sunbathing or diving. You can practice all types of water sports, hiking in the Montgo natural park, tennis, golf, cycling, etc. From Denia the boat leaves for Ibiza and boats for trips along the coast. In Denia you eat very well.
